• For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We’ll cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

2. Provide your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
3. If the return is for a damaged or incorrect item, please include a photo for faster processing.

Once we receive the return, we’ll process a refund. For exchanges, we’ll promptly send your new item.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After shipping, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned once delivered.
