We offer free standard shipping for all orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. We ship to Canada and United States. Express Shipping is only available for US orders.

ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
- You’ll get a unique tracking code to track your package online.
- Please allow up to 3 days (Monday to Friday) to receive your tracking number.
- If you don’t see your tracking number, check your ‘Junk’ folder, as it may have been filtered there.
DELAYS & LOST IN TRANSIT
- Unfortunately, Luxy Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you purchased the shipping protection plan.
- Once your order is delivered and confirmed by tracking, we cannot take responsibility for it.
- Please note that shipping delays may occur, which are beyond our control, and we do not assume responsibility for these processing delays.
